Sanctuary Fire Incident Update: New Service Added
Sunday Schedule: 8:30 am & 10:30 am
Update
On the early morning of Sunday, April 28, 2024, our sanctuary experienced a fire that caused interior and exterior damage. Due to structural, water, and smoke damage, we temporarily moved service to the South Worship Center located on campus.
To better serve and accommodate our congregation, we have added an additional service starting Sunday, May 5.
- The first service will begin at 8:30am and we will continue the normal service time at 10:30am.
- Children’s church will be available for both service times.
- Youth church will continue to meet on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays at 10:30am.
Until the restoration and construction process are complete, we will retain this schedule until further notice. We appreciate your support during this transition and request your prayers for our ministry. |
The 10:30 am service will be
live-streamed as usual.

4. Favor with Edison International

Financial Support
As our sanctuary is under structural restoration, we are tending to the impacted areas and supporting the impending demands of this incident. Your financial participation allows us to thrive and ensures continual maintenance of the ministry's needs.
Scripture: Exodus 36:1-7 - “Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whom the Lord has put skill and intelligence to know how to do any work in the construction of the sanctuary shall work in accordance with all that the Lord has commanded.”
And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whose mind the Lord had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work. And they received from Moses all the contribution that the people of Israel had brought for doing the work on the sanctuary. They still kept bringing him freewill offerings every morning, so that all the craftsmen who were doing every sort of task on the sanctuary came, each from the task that he was doing, and said to Moses, “The people bring much more than enough for doing the work that the Lord has commanded us to do.” So Moses gave command, and word was proclaimed throughout the camp, “Let no man or woman do anything more for the contribution for the sanctuary.” So the people were restrained from bringing, for the material they had was sufficient to do all the work, and more.”
Financial partnership towards this incident addresses:
