Dr. Joshua continues the series “How to Hear from God” Pt 3 as he explains how strength is a decision and we must focus all of our energy on believing rather than worrying.
Dr. Joshua continues the series “How to Hear from God” Pt 2. If God could just get us to listen—and then to obey, He could save our lives. Instead of focusing on the finding, you should focus on the seeking. If you consistently seek God with a pure heart, you will hear from Him.
Dr. Joshua begins a new short series “How to Hear from God” Pt 1 which covers how believers can hear God. The series title is a response to a problem faced by many believers. They don’t know how to hear from God. They want to make decisions that require God’s input and are not sure if He is talking to them or not. They have some vague sense of what they should be doing but don’t know if it’s God prompting them to do it or not. This series addresses these concerns and more.
Dr. Joshua introduces a special speaker, Jeff Hogan who shares “Peace in the Midst of a Storm”. It is important for us to focus our attention on Jesus instead of the storm.
Dr. Joshua closes out the series, “Supernatural” Pt 8 by establishing the importance of wisdom and growth. While we want to see God's "super", He wants to see our "natural" - daily practices based on Biblical principles. From the book of James, Dr. Joshua profoundly expounds on unity as it applies to our country's current state of divide by politics, race and economic status.
In “Supernatural” Part 4, Dr. Joshua talks about Jesus having compassion for the poor, the church’s role in responding to the poor, and he then closes with five ways to advocate for the poor based on an individual’s gifts.
In “Supernatural” Part 3, Dr. Joshua once again uses the analogy of basketball and sports to further expound on the new series he started last week. A college basketball coach gives him some pointers on stage that help us to understand the process of getting the Word done. Dr. Joshua breaks this down into eight incredible habits we can practice to be successful in our Christian walk.
Dr. Joshua begins a new series entitled, "Supernatural" Part 1. God always brings the super, but we don’t always bring the natural. This is a teaching about how to put more natural in your super—because there’s super in your natural.
