We are glad to offer our facility to church members and outside groups. In order to coordinate our efforts in reserving rooms and equipment, your request must be submitted a minimum of:

30 DAYS prior to a small meeting or gathering

60 DAYS prior to a conference or event

3 MONTHS prior to a wedding – click here for details on booking a wedding

Completion of the form does not guarantee a reservation of facility or equipment until confirmed by the church office. Requests will be responded to within 2 business days (Tuesday – Thursday). Fees will be discussed upon facility confirmation.
