Bible Reading Plan

Zoe Center’s College Ministry Team and Leaders want to be one of the first to congratulate our students on all of their efforts and hard work over this past school year! As they prepare to embark on this new journey of adulthood, Zoe Center is excited to partner with them.

The purpose of Zoe Center’s College Ministry is to make sure that our emerging adult community is seen, valued, cared for, and supported in their next season. Our Young Adult Leaders, are here to encourage and support them as they journey to be and do what God has called them to.

The question sometimes asked is why focus on College Ministry? Why is it important? Data shows that approximately 65% of emerging adults in America are leaving the church or changing their religion before the age of twenty-four.

Between figuring out adulthood, re-creating a new normal post-pandemic, and finding a place in an ever-evolving society; emerging adults desperately need a place that embraces their questions, doubts, and helps guide them through the chaos. What many of our Young Adult Team here at Zoe Center have found is that place does exist, not through a system or institution, but through a Man. Jesus is the key to navigating this broken world around them.

Here at Zoe Center, we want to provide our emerging adults with practical tools, a safe place to bring their questions, and a support team to help them remain anchored to Jesus through the changes, challenges, and disappointments of life. Zoe Center’s College Ministry has created various programs to equip and sharpen them for their rapidly changing world.

Our team is committed to the growth and development of our students, but we are investing in a partnership; meaning we need the willingness and commitment of our students and parents to make this partnership possible. Partnership goes hand and hand, and is monumental to the growth and development of our emerging adult population. The choice of our students to partner with us means that they are making an active choice to invest in THEMSELVES.

PLEASE NOTE, we acknowledge that there are some high school seniors who will not be attending a College, Trade/Vocational, or Military School in the fall, we want to connect with these students as well! We have a wealth of resources and community gatherings for them to get connected to.

College Ministry Monthly Devotional

Our Young Adult Team at Zoe Center has created a series of video and reflection form devotionals specifically designed to anchor you in your faith and give you tools to reflect Christ and His glory wherever you go.
These devotionals will address questions of identity, share personal testimonies of God’s goodness, and provide practical tools to live out your faith. We encourage you to engage with this program with an open heart and allow Holy Spirit to share His heart and purpose for your life.

Each month our students will receive a video and reflection devotional by email and text. If you are interested in receiving the password to access these devotionals or would like additional information about this resource, please complete the College Ministry Interest Form on our Young Adult Ministry homepage.
